How do I order?

You may order through our website at www.steaksandstuff.ph

Step 1: Browse through our "Products"
Step 2: Choose "Quantity" and then "Add to Cart"
Step 3: Once done, please proceed and click "Checkout"

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 12:00pm cut-off can expect their delivery within the day. Orders placed after 12:00pm cut-off can expect their delivery the next day.

Will my product remain frozen during delivery?

Every item is individually vacuum-sealed and/or retained in its original plastic packaging and delivered in thermo cases to keep them frozen. We aim to implement a max 3-hour freezer to home delivery to maintain its frozen state.

How do I know that my order went through?

Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email notification that your order is confirmed. Our Customer Care Representative will get in touch with you in case there are concerns on availability or delay of delivery.

Can I cancel my order/s after checkout?

Sorry, but order/s placed after checkout is not allowed. Please take note that we receive orders from your end and we'll processed it as soon as it was placed. We do not accept order cancellations.

What are your payment methods?

We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Gcash and Paypal. Unfortunately, We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

Do you accept pick-up?

We do not accept orders for Pick-up.

What happens if I am not available to receive my package upon delivery?

Please make sure to assign someone or note that you have delivery to receive (e.g. family, friend, helper, or guard). If no one else is available to receive the goods on your behalf, items will be sent back to our warehouse. Please message us first to have your package delivered again (We will not proceed without prior notice). Next delivery fee will be charged to your account.

What do I do if I have an issue with the item I received? (e.g. incorrect/ damaged item delivered)

Kindly communicate with us via email or chat. Please have your order number or reference ready and notify us as soon as possible.

Are you open until Sunday?

Unfortunately, we are not open on Sundays, but you may place your orders here at our website any day, 24/7. All orders placed here will be processed on the next business day. We are open every Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.
