Delivery Policy
Advance Orders, Cut-Off Time & Order Confirmation
Customers may place advance orders up to three (3) days before their preferred delivery date.
For regular orders:

Monday to Friday: Orders placed on or before 11:00 AM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Saturday: Orders placed on or before 10:00 AM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be scheduled for the next business day.
Please select your preferred delivery date during checkout. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our Customer Care Team may contact you via phone, email, or chat if additional information is required or if there are any concerns regarding your order.
Delivery Coverage & Fees
We currently deliver to selected areas within Metro Manila and Cebu.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery location and will be displayed before payment is completed.
Please note that delivery availability and rates may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Coverage & Fees
We currently deliver to selected areas within Metro Manila and Cebu.
Please note that Steaks & Stuff does not have its own delivery riders. All deliveries are booked through Lalamove, and delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
As deliveries are handled by a third-party courier, estimated delivery times may vary depending on rider availability, traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we will do our best to coordinate and monitor your delivery, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.
